Article 1. Definitions
1 Perfectcask.com is an on-line shop selling exclusive spirits from all over the world
Article 2. Relevance.
2.1 To all offers, orders, and agreements made by using the website Perfectcask.com these terms and conditions of sale are the only relevant.
2.2 Accepting an offer as well as ordering any goods is always done under the acceptance of these conditions.
2.3. Any changes in these conditions can only be done by letter, if one part of these conditions is changed all the other conditions will keep unchanged.
2.4 All rights and claims as stipulated in these conditions are also stipulated to persons and third parties used by Perfectcask.com.
Article 3. Agreements.
3.An agreement is started after acceptation of a customers order by Perfectcask.com. Perfectcask.com is authorized refusing orders or asking for more specific information. If an order is refused for any reason, a confirmation will be sent to the customer by e-mail.
Article 4. Price.
4.1The prices shown on this website are Euro prices, tax included. Delivery fees are not included.
4.2Delivery fees are published at an other chapter on this site.
4.3Perfectcask.com can’t be kept on prices evidently wrong, due to wrong import, or typing errors. No rights can be claimed on wrong price information.
Aticle 5 Prepaying
5. If an article is temporarily out of stock, we can demand a reasonable prepayment, dependable on the price of the ordered product. As soon as we receive the prepayment we’ll start the ordering procedure and confirm the customer by e-mail.
Article 6. Payments
6.1 Payment can be done the way shown during the ordering process. Customer’s orders can be due to extra conditions. Immediately after ordering a confirmation is shown with the total costs, inclusively delivery fee. Payment is always done in advance. Payment is possible in several ways as shown in the payment portal of MultySafepay.
Article 7, Delivery
7.1 Perfectcask.com is trying to deliver the goods within four to five workable days after payment. However Perfectcask.com is not committed to do so.
7.2 Perfectcask.com is selling spirits only to persons above the age of 18 years. By ordering any goods from our site, buyer confirms this age limit.
7.3 When delivery is delayed by reasons as temporarily out of stock, or by any other reason, or if an order can only be executed partly, customer will be noticed within seven (7) days. In this case customer can cancel his order without any costs.
7.4 Perfectcask.com is committed to deliver within 30 days. If there is any reason that Perfectcask.com cannot fulfil this commitment customer will receive a message within one (1) month after ordering, and customer has the right to cancel his order partly or complete without any costs.
7.5 Deviations in type, text, and/or price changes are reserved. All offered goods are shown clear and realistic and as complete as reasonable required
Article 8 Transfer of ownership
The ownership of delivered products is legal from the moment that customer has levelled all his obligations versus Perfectcask.com.
Article 9. Returning and changing products.
We do our utmost to inform you optimal on the specifics of our products on our website. Did you even though, buy a product that isn’t to your satisfaction, it can be returned or changed. Customer however has to pay the cost of return. There are some regulations for returning and changing.
9.1 Goods bought at Perfectcask.com can be returned, without a written reason, provided that: Within 5 working days after delivery, an e-mail notice has been given to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . And goods will be returned within 7 days, being in original state and packaging, not used, not damaged, and accompanied by the original labels.
9.2 Perfectcask.com is only accepting returned goods due to the regulations mentioned in article 9.1. Goods that aren’t reported or returned in time won’t be accepted by Perfectcask.com.
9.3 As buyer you have the obligation to examen the goods by delivery, and to report any damage, shortcomings or deviations to Perfectcask.com immediately.
9.4 If a product doesn’t match the agreement and this is reported in time, customer has the right on replacement or delivery of any missing part.
9.5 Your returned goods will immediately be confirmed, after arrival. The amount due to the returned goods will be immediately credited.
9.6 Returned goods are always returned at cost of the buyer. When postage is not, or not fully paid, goods won’t be accepted by Perfectcask.com and so, not credited even.
Article 10. Complaints We do our utmost to delever a perfect product. However, if a product isn’t to your satisfaction, you have to sent an e-mail within ten (10) days after receiving the goods to Perfectcask.com. We will solve the problem as soon as possible, and always within 30 days, after consulting you as a customer. If this wouldn’t be possible within 30 days we will contact you by e-mail. To solve your complaint as good as possible we ask you to follow our instructions properly. The costs of postal return first should be paid by the customer, while these costs will be returned as soon as your complaint is confirmed by us to be right.
If the solution offered by us isn’t to your satisfaction, you can return the total delivery within 7 days, without any extra charge. The amount paid by you will be immediately returned, due to that what is mentioned in article 9.6. You lose this guarantee when: a: the goods have been used, b: when you tried repairing goods yourself, c: you didn’t follow the user’s instruction.
Article 11. Cancellation of your order
11.1 Every order, can be cancelled without a penalty and without any reason, when not posted yet, within 24 hours, after ordering. If your cancelled order has already been paid, Perfectcask.com will refund this amount within fourteen (14) days.
11.2 Buyer has the right confirming the law “buying on distance” to cancel his order(only the complete order) within 7 working days, without any penalty and without giving a reason. Buyer will also be refunded for the total amount paid inclusively the delivery fee, however buyer has to pay for the postal return fee.
11.3 To do as mentioned in 11.2 you have to sent an e-mail within 7 working days to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it . In this e-mail you have to mention your name, order number en your bank account. You also have to quote that you want to cancel on behalf of the law “buying on distance”. If your request is legally done and accepted you will receive the address for the return of your order.
11.4 You receive a confirmation by e-mail when we handled and received the goods. If paid, restitution will take place within fourteen (14) days after confirmation of your return by Perfectcask.com.
11.5 If you didn’t within twenty four (24) hours after homologation of the order, or within seven (7) days after receiving the goods at the delivery address, cancel, or if you can’t show a homologation of cancellation, you have to pay your order. Perfectcask.com can charge you in that case for costs that are due to non cancellation or payment not done in time.
Article 12 Orders / Communication For misunderstanding, damage, delay or improper delivery, notices due to internet use or any other means of communication in the traffic between customer and Perfectcask.com, as well as Perfectcask.com and third parties, whenever meaning the relation between customer and Perfectcask.com, Perfectcask.com is not responsible, as long there is no deliberate recklessness of Perfectcask.com
Article 13 Circumstances beyond control. Perfectcask.com has the right in case of force majeure, to delay or even cancel an order, without any compensation whatever, by giving written notice to the customer by e-mail.
Article 14. Judging and law
14.1 To all rights, obligations, offers, orders and agreements due to these conditions, as well as these conditions themselves, only Dutch law is applying.
14.2 If by judicial statement one or more of these articles are declared illegal, all the other articles will stay unchanged. In this case Perfectcask.com and the other party will consider a new statement, to come to a satisfactory solution for both parties.
14.3Any disputes will be proposed to a Legal Judge in the Netherlands.
